According to an article on Voicenews.com, construction on the new Veterans Home being built in Chesterfield Township is expected to finish in January 2021. The Home, which will house 128, is located on a parcel of land that was part of Selfridge Air Force Base.
The complex will include an on-site barber shop and salon, meeting spaces, green spaces and a community center.
